Items that are needed at the time of Registration:
Registration $50.00 per child
Activity Fee $75.00 (one-time fee per child)
Completed Registration Forms and Permission slips.
Completed Good Health Form
Signed Health Care Plan
Medication Permission/Instruction form. (If needed, one will be provided)

Payment Instructions
Schoolpay will be used for all payments including registration, activity fee, and weekly tuition.
