Summer Camp Checklist

Items that are needed at the time of Registration:
 
 Registration $50.00 per child
 Activity Fee $75.00 (one-time fee per child)
 Completed Registration Forms and Permission slips.
 Completed Good Health Form
 Signed Health Care Plan
 Medication Permission/Instruction form. (If needed, one will be provided)
 
Payment Instructions
Schoolpay will be used for all payments including registration, activity fee, and weekly tuition.
Please comment what the payment is for and make sure you state your child’s name. Example summer field trip fee,
